Storage Method (Recommendation)

Kindly store and keep cake refrigerated/frozen to preserve quality for a longer shelf life. 

 

Reheat Method (Chilled/Frozen):                                               

a) Microwave Method:

Sprinkle water on cake surface and microwave until just warmed through, 30 to 45 seconds.                                     

b) Oven Method:

Sprinkle water on cake surface. Preheat oven and re-heat at 180°C for 5 minutes.                                                                                                                                                   

c) Steam:

Put cake in the steamer for 10 minutes.

**Time & temperature will vary depending on the size of the bread.

Room Temperature: 5 days                                          

Refrigerated: 1 week                                                 

Frozen: Not more than 2 weeks
