Cancellation of order

  1. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your order, notify us the order number or order details, name of purchaser and contact number at least 48 hours before your delivery time via WhatsApp / Call / Email. 
  2. No cash refunds will be given.
  3. All refunds given will be refund via online transfer.
  4. Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to be processed, however during busy periods it may take longer to process.
  5. All refunds made will not include delivery charges. 

 

Damages and issues

  1. Partial or full refunds are decided on a case-by-case basis.
  2. Please inspect your item upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  3. If item is damaged, we reserves the rights to request for photo evidence and physical Product.
  4. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your order, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can fix any error, and return the uneaten portion within 24 hours. 
  5. Please note that we do not provide refunds in cases where an item was prepared correctly but a flavour or texture did not meet a personal preference.
  6. If complaint is made a day after the delivery date, we will not be responsible for full refund or exchange of new cake due to many factors can be affecting the cake quality, taste and overall presentation.
