Storage Method (Recommendation)

This cake should be consumed immediately upon pick-up/delivery! If you are storing the cake for longer than 1 hour before cutting, refrigeration is the best option for storing your cake. Kept in the fridge, cake with fresh cream, buttercream or ganache topping will last for 3-4 days in chilled temperature

 

Cling wrap or place cake in airtight container to prevent cake from absorbing flavours from chiller or freezer. Cake with fresh fruits will last for 2-3 days in chiller. Keep the cake out of direct sunlight as this can melt any frosting and discolour your icing if it is coloured.
